Honoring the memory of Carol Krames z’l
The food bank was renamed Carol’s Cupboard in memory of Carol Krames z’l, former Executive Director of Jewish Family Services and co-founder of the Kosher Food Bank, along with her husband, Lester Krames.
The Hamilton Kosher Food Bank is a staple in our community. It is Jewish Hamilton’s response to food insecurity, and has been providing assistance – in the form of kosher food items, PPE, personal hygiene items, and sanitary supplies – for more than fifteen years.
As we enjoy the warmth and sunshine of summer, it’s important to remember that hunger doesn’t take a holiday. Your generous contributions to Carol’s Cupboard Kosher Food Bank can make a real difference in the lives of those struggling to put food on the table. Let’s come together to ensure that no one in our community goes hungry this season. Every donation counts!
