Mindful Movement

A mix of yoga and pilates moves done on the mat or chair.  This class is best for those who can easily get up and down from the floor and kneel.  Every class ends with a short meditation.  You will leave feeling strong, stretched and zen! Bring your own yoga mat (we have a few extras if you don’t have one), and all other equipment is provided.

Every Thursday from 12-1pm.
