Positive Psychology Series
Positive Psychology is a construct that emphasizes meaning and deep satisfaction, not just fleeting happiness—focused on the character strengths and behaviours that allow individuals to build a life of meaning and purpose. Positive Living emphasizes an individual’s ability to enjoy life and the ability to spring back during adverse circumstances.
Join us for an in-person interactive workshop led by Dr. Lester Krames as he guides us through a mindfulness experience as an introduction to our Positive Living Series.
