Mindful Movement (chair)

With a mix of Yoga and Pilates moves done on the mat and standing, this class is best for those who can easily get up and down from the floor and kneel. We end every class with a short meditation, and you’ll leave feeling strong, stretched, and zen! Bring your own yoga mat (we have a few extras if you don’t have one), and all other equipment is provided.

Every Thursday from 12-1pm.
