Meet Our Clinical Director
Natalie Sobel, MSW, RSW, brings nearly three decades of experience as a mental health clinician supporting individuals, couples, and families throughout the lifespan in Hamilton, Toronto, New Jersey, and the Bronx. She has trained in numerous therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, IFS, Mindfulness, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Family Systems, knowing that one approach does not fit all. At HJFS, our intention is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship where we help clients to work through difficult emotions, and generate inner resources, coping skills, self-care, and self-compassion.
