Mental Health & Well-being

Our program offers confidential, compassionate support for individuals, couples, and families. Rooted in Jewish values, our services blend professional counselling with groups and workshops that foster emotional growth and healing, resilience, learning, and connection.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, anger, grief, relationship strain, caregiver stress, burn-out, work/school stress, or even seeking greater balance, you’ll find a safe space here to be heard and supported, and to develop tools to move forward with more ease

Meet Our Clinical Director

Natalie Sobel, MSW, RSW, brings nearly three decades of experience as a mental health clinician supporting individuals, couples, and families throughout the lifespan in Hamilton, Toronto, New Jersey, and the Bronx. She has trained in numerous therapeutic modalities, knowing that one approach does not fit all. Natalie is also a trained teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion which helps participants cultivate the same kindness for themselves that they offer to others.
