Jewish Mental Wellness Workshops

Hope is one of the greatest resources we have to change the culture of silence and stigma around mental health issues. The Jewish Mental Wellness Workshop is a two part series that focuses on learning about mental health concepts, connecting Judaism to mental health, and creating a space for participants to think about how they can support individuals in their lives and their larger community.

We know that not everyone will need clinical or professional mental health support in their lifetime, but we all know someone who does. And we want to help equip people to feel more comfortable talking about mental health so they can be the best support systems for themselves and others.

Presented by Blue Dove Foundation in conjunction with Hamilton Jewish Family Services.
