On Saturday, February 25th at 7:30 pm  HJFS will be host our Annual Wine Tasting Fundraiser in support of Carol’s Cupboard Kosher Food Bank. 

For the last couple of year’s this event has been virtual, but we are excited to welcome everyone back to JFS and Bring Back the Magic of this special evening.

Our in-house event will include delicious snacks, wine tasting, magic, 50/50 draw and an online auction and an opportunity to re-connect and schmooze with friends. 

Order your wine for Passover.  Carol’s Cupboard receives 10% back on all wine ordered and sold during the event.

Every dollar raised will be put back into our Food Security Programs (Hamilton Kosher Food Bank, Community Gardens, and  HJFS Friendship Circle Hot Meals)

In return for your support of this event, HJFS will continue to ensure:

• Fresh, frozen, non-perishable food and personal care items will be provided to over 100 individuals and families throughout the Hamilton area.
• Fresh produce continues to grow in our community gardens, and is now available through the Hamilton Kosher Food Bank
• We continue to provide advocacy and education around food insecurity and the importance of access to kosher food within South-Western Ontario
• We never turn away an individual in need
